Mediation Fees

We keep things simple and aim to ensure our mediation costs are clear and transparent from the offset.

Please find below two offerings, both designed to accommodate two-party mediation.

Short Mediation

  • 4 Hours

  • £500 per party from 10 am-2 pm

  • No VAT is applicable

  • An additional charge of £350 per hour applies if the parties need longer on the day

  • Includes time spent reading up to 100 pages of case documents

  • Additional pages are charged at £350 per hour

  • Parties sign a mediation agreement, and payment is due seven days in advance

Long Mediation

  • 6 hours

  • £700 per party from 10 am-4 pm

  • No VAT is applicable

  • An additional charge of £350 per hour applies if the parties need longer on the day

  • Includes time spent reading up to 100 pages of case documents

  • Additional pages are charged at £350 per hour

  • Parties sign a mediation agreement, and payment is due seven days in advance
